NK Base SE

NK Base SE is a carefully selected blend of hydrocarbon oils, ethoxylated lanolin and vegetable based fatty alcohol to produce a pale yellow, unctuous substance that is extremely hydrophilic and will form stable, non-ionic o/w emulsions with great ease. It will readily produce creams and lotions for a wide range of applications. Very stable, high pH products can be made using NK Base SE making ideal for depilatories.

NK Base SE can be used as a general-purpose base for a wide range of cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications, providing not only the emulsification power, but emolliency and lubricity to cream and lotion formulations.  In clinical applications, NK Base SE can also find uses as a carrier for actives such as antiseptics, hydrocortisone, etc.

All the components used in NK Base SE have a long history of proven acceptability and dermatological safety on the skin.
