Quaternium-33 is a multifunctional product combining the properties of lanolin with the substantivity of quaternaries. It is rich in 18-MEA hair essential lipids. It prevents damage to hair with pretreatment prior to bleaching, perming and/or dying and repairs the damage done by bleaching, perming and/or dying. It is used in shampoos, hair treatment, hair color and perming products.
